
Patsy's 20+ year career at IBM provided a practical foundation for career management and consulting. After being an extremely successful account executive, she advanced to national adviser for public sector industry national headquarters; and then continued to serve IBM North America as a sales, channels, brand, and worldwide program manager.
She later held a role as consulting executive for Global Services and led teams that achieved unprecedented results. In a second successful startup, Turner Alliance, she coupled the consulting expertise with corporate management and created a distinct profession specializing in executive search, career management, and consulting startups.
Patricia completed studies for a bachelor's in Business Administration at Southern Methodist University, Dallas, TX. and the executive management series at Harvard, Boston, MA. She is certified in Business Continuity consulting, Stanford, San Jose, CA, Project Management and Business Intelligence consulting from IBM, Armonk. NY.
She is a guest speaker for the Georgia Department of Labor, local media and is affiliated with a State of GA Corrections Career Program, Crossroads Career Network and multiple civic and professional organizations. She is a recognized author and seminar leader.
